Grievance redressal.

If something has gone wrong with an order, a refund or your data, this is how to complain to Coins & Bars Retail Private Limited, how fast we will respond, and where to go if you are not satisfied.

How to complain

Write to the Grievance Officer and include:

  • your name and the email address on your account;
  • the order number, if the complaint is about an order;
  • what went wrong, and what you would like us to do; and
  • any photos, videos or payment references that help.

How quickly we respond

  • We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • We resolve it within one month of receiving it, and tell you the outcome and the reasons for it.
  • Complaints about your personal data are answered within 90 days at the latest, as the DPDP Rules require, and usually much sooner.

If you are not satisfied

You can escalate a consumer complaint outside the company:

  • National Consumer Helpline (Government of India): call 1915 or register a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
  • The consumer commissions: you can file a case online through e-Daakhil, the portal for the District, State and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions.

You do not have to wait for our answer before using these routes, though giving us the chance to fix things first is usually quickest.

If you have raised a complaint with us and are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our Privacy Notice explains your rights.
