Selling back, honestly described.
Coins & Bars does not buy coins back yet. This page sets out how it is intended to work and marks plainly which parts do not exist — rather than showing you a sell button that pretends otherwise.
No sell-back desk, and no rate to quote
Not available yet
There is no buy-back flow, no customer holdings record and no settlement process in this system. Quoting a sell price would mean inventing one, so this page quotes none.
This asks you to sign in first, and brings you straight back here. Nothing is charged or committed by signing in.
The flow we would build.
Four steps, none of them built. The fields below are empty because there is nothing to put in them: no holdings record, no sell rate and no settlement process exists in this system.

Selling back would start from coins bought from Coins & Bars and recorded against your account. There is no holdings, balance or position record in this system for that to read from.
A price would be quoted when you asked for it, from the same validated feed the buy side uses. No sell rate appears anywhere on this page, because quoting one would mean inventing it.
What is deducted, what settlement costs and how long it takes are decisions nobody has made yet. They would be published in full before anyone could act on them.
There is no buy-back desk, no settlement process and no payout path. This step has never run, and the sequence above stops short of it on purpose.
A drawing of a proposed flow. None of these steps exists in this system, no sell rate is quoted anywhere on this page, and nothing here can be started.
How selling would work.
Three things would have to be true before a sale could happen. None of them is true today, and each says so.
- An account, and something to sell
- Not in placeSelling back would start from holdings recorded against your account. Today no such record exists — Coins & Bars sells physical coins and keeps no customer holding, vault balance or digital position of any kind.
- A rate quoted at the moment you ask
- Not in placeAny sell-back price would be derived from the same validated live rate feed the buy side uses, quoted when you request it rather than advertised in advance. We are not quoting one on this page because there is nothing behind it yet.
- Terms published before the first sale
- Not in placeWhat is eligible, what it costs, how long settlement takes and what happens if a rate moves mid-request are all decisions that have not been made. They will be written down before anybody can act on them, not after.
