Cancellation, returns & refunds.
When you can cancel, what we take back, and how you get your money. Coins are priced off a market that moves every day, so the rules are a little different from an ordinary shop. This page explains how.

Cancelling an order
Not settled yet · Online ordering is not open yet, so no order can be placed today. This text is what will apply to every order once it opens.
You can cancel a paid order at any time until it is dispatched. To cancel, open the order in My Orders and choose “Cancel order”. The button is there for as long as the order can still be cancelled. There is no cancellation fee. If you cannot use your account, contact us through the customer-care channels on our Contact page with your order number.
Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still refuse the parcel at the door; see Shipping & Delivery for what happens next.
What you get back when you cancel
We refund the amount you paid, in full. Metal prices may have gone up or down since your order, but that does not change your refund: you get back exactly what you paid, no more and no less.
When you can return an item
We accept a return only if the item you received:
- is damaged;
- is not what you ordered (a different metal, weight or design); or
- arrived in packaging that had been tampered with.
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. A coin's value moves with the metal price every day, so we cannot take one back simply because you no longer want it.
How to make a claim
- Record a continuous, unedited video as you open the parcel, showing the sealed parcel, its label, the opening and the coin. We need this video to accept a claim.
- Keep the coin in its original pack, with any seal intact.
- Tell us within 7 working days of delivery, with your order number and the video.
- We will arrange collection of the item at no cost to you. Please do not send it back on your own.
Inspection
When the item reaches us, we inspect it against your claim and the video. If the claim is accepted, you can choose a replacement (if we have one in stock) or a full refund. If it is not accepted, we tell you why and send the item back to you.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go to the payment method you used: the same card, UPI account or bank account. We pay them within 7–15 business days of cancelling the order or accepting the return. Your bank may take a little longer to show the money.
A refund is always the amount you paid for the items concerned, not a value recalculated at today's metal price.
If a payment fails but money left your account, it is returned automatically. If you cannot see it after 7 business days, contact us with the payment reference.
Lost parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit, we trace it for up to 15 days. If it has not been found, we refund you in full within 7–15 business days. The risk is ours until delivery, so you never lose money because a parcel went missing.
Your legal rights
