How it works

From the rate to your order.

Seven steps, described as the software actually behaves — including the one that is not switched on yet.

IIThe sequence

One order, from rate to status.

One order, from the rate to its status. The rate row and the payment row show this system's real state as you read them — which is why the journey below does not end in a confirmation.

Gold and silver are read from Bullionwale's published live buy rates. Right now they are not live, trading and fresh, so the site is showing its stored reference rates and saying so.

The rate and the payment row show this system’s real state right now. No order is created by this illustration, and none is shown as created.

IIIPricing

How a price is built.

The same five steps for every coin on the site, in this order. Nothing is added later and nothing is applied twice.

  1. Bullionwale's published buy rate

We price from Bullionwale's published live buy rate for each metal. It already includes Bullionwale's own margin; our coin premium is added on top, once.

  2. Rebased to the coin's purity

The published rate is for 999 metal. It is rebased to the purity each coin declares — 999.9 for 24K, 916 for 22K, 999 for silver — and silver is never derived from gold.

  3. Weighed in integers

Integer paise, milligrams, parts per million and basis points. No floating-point arithmetic touches money anywhere in this shop.

  4. Our premium, applied once

Ours is added on top of the published rate, once. It is the difference between the metal value and the coin price; Bullionwale's own margin is already inside the rate.

  5. A freshness rule that can say no

The rate is shown as Live only while Bullionwale reports it live, trading, not stale and not simulated, updated within the last 120 seconds. Otherwise the site falls back to a reference rate and labels it Stored.

You can watch this happen on the gold desk: the converter shows the metal value, and the coins below it show the same metal with the making charge added.

IVWhat we claim

What we do not claim.

Several of these are standard for this category. We hold no evidence for any of them, so we say none of them.

We publish no hallmarking, assay, certification, refiner or country-of-origin claim, and we name no manufacturer, vaulting partner or accreditation. There is no insured vault, no digital holding, no customer balance and no buy-back desk in this system — so we do not offer instant liquidity, sell-anytime or a guaranteed purity, and we never will on a page before it is true.

No customer counts, reviews, testimonials, press mentions or awards appear anywhere on this site, because there are none to report. We make no claim to be the cheapest or the most trusted, and nothing here forecasts a rate or promises a return. When documentation exists, it will appear with the evidence attached. Ask us about a specific coin and you will get a straight answer.
